OMG, what an absolute joy it was to capture a stunning timeless in-home maternity session with the beautiful Kenzie in Sacramento, CA! There was something truly special about this particular session. It was not just about capturing the excitement of Kenzie expecting her baby. It also revolved around the beautiful process of creating a nurturing space for the little one.

Stunning Timeless In-Home Maternity Session

Kenzie is a designer, and we were midway through the development of the nursery! The room was filled with an energy that perfectly mirrored Kenzie’s anticipation and joy. The organic and unfinished feel added a certain charm and warmth that I just loved.  And let me tell you, Kenzie herself is just as radiant as the room she’s designing! Her smile is infectious, filling the room with happiness and love. Every shot was filled with her bubbly personality and the pure joy she radiates.

What makes this session even more special is that I also had the pleasure of photographing Kenzie’s wedding! It’s moments like these that make my work feel less like a job and more like a journey. I get to witness and capture the significant milestones in my client’s lives – it’s an honor and a privilege! This maternity session was not only about capturing beautiful photos but also about celebrating life’s precious moments. It was about the raw beauty of anticipation, the joy, and the love that fills our hearts as we prepare to welcome new life.
