Lodi Wedding & Love Story

It’s couples like Bre and Sean that make me sooo dang happy to be in Sacramento wedding photography!!! Seriously I wish I could photograph these two all day every day!!! They are two of the kindest and most FUN couples I’ve ever been lucky enough to work with!!!

Plus Bre & Sean’s love story is one of my favorites of all time! Their families have been friends for 30 years so they knew each other pretty much their entire lives. It wasn’t until they saw each other at a family party as adults that something sparked between them!! Fast forward a few years and a puppy later, and they got engaged!!! From there they began planning their dream wedding in Lodi, CA!!

Wedding Details & Getting Ready

Something that really stood out to me was how clearly they are loved and adored by their family and friends! Everyone was involved in making this day super special for them! They got married at a friend’s family estate and her best friend’s mom was the day-of coordinator (which by the way she absolutely crushed- the day was flawlessly executed!!!).

Sean got ready with his best friends at the estate while Bre got ready at a nearby friend’s home!!! One of her bridesmaids has a jewelry business and Bre hired her to make all of the girls custom matching earrings! How cute is that?!! Their wedding parties were so positive and thoughtful which made the day so fun!!

Sacramento Wedding Ceremony & Reception

There were SO many moments I loved about their wedding but here are a few of my faves!!! First of all, Sean’s reaction during the first look is one of my favorites of all time. LOOK AT THAT SMILE. Also, Sean’s nana flew in from the East Coast to be a part of their day AND it was her birthday!! They gave her a shout out during speeches while she sipped from her wine glass (with a speedo man named Mitch perched on it- keep scrolling for the photo!!). I also loved the custom details they had out throughout the venue!! They had a polaroid camera out, a cocktail named after their pup, and a photo of their cat printed out on display next to their engagement photos!!!

Wedding Dance Floor

Last, but certainly not least, THE DANCE floor!!! When Bre told me the dance floor was important, she wasn’t kidding!!! She even pulled a Step Up dance move and was lifted into the air!!! Her maid of honors and the best man also tore it up on the dance floor!!! It was definitely a party to remember!!!
