This rustic wedding venue in northern California is such a hidden gem!! Jenny and Jason got married at PT Ranch in Ione, CA!! It’s about an hour drive from Sacramento, and nestled in the most gorgeous country area! They have the most incredible spaces for getting ready, having the ceremony, and dancing the night away for the reception!! Jenny and Jason fell in love with the property when they found it!

These two had been together for eight years before they got engaged. They waited until after Jenny finished school to get engaged, and Jason actually proposed at her surprise graduation party! He gifted her a “graduation” gift in the form of a photobook. And okay trust me- this is the cutest proposal story you’ll ever hear!!

Cutest Proposal Ever

When the first started dating they went to a look out spot and there Jason picked her some flowers. The next morning they looked dead so Jenny threw them away. She had no idea at the time but he picked the flowers out of the trash and saved them by pressing them in a book for years, knowing he was going to use them as a proposal idea. So when he proposed he made a scrapbook with photos showing all the years they’ve been together. Near the back of the scrapbook was a page with the pressed flowers. Then the final page of the book, it said “Will you marry me?” and when Jenny looked up, Jason was down on one knee!!

Jenny and Jason are super close with their family, so although Covid forced them to have a smaller wedding, they actually loved that they could celebrate with only their best friends and family! Their wedding was filled with so much love and personality!!
