It was the most gorgeous day for Megan and Rizzo’s boho-glam San Luis Obispo beach wedding!! I was absolutely in awe the entire day! The moment Megan walked out of the dressing room, my jaw hit the floor (and I didn’t pick it up off the ground the entire day)!!! She literally glowed from head to toe and was an absolute vision in her sheer sparkle dress. The two perfectly complemented each other as Rizzo wore a plaid suit and bow tie. Plus her bridesmaids wore super playful velvet dresses which were stunning against the ocean backdrop.
The ceremony
It was an intimate ceremony on Morro Bay beach that felt like a reflection of who Megan and Rizzo are- soft and relaxed, yet playful & vibrant! Just look at that table set up!!! DROOLING. I loved that they incorporated tons of natural elements at their dinner table (from the pampas grass to the coral & blush floral centerpieces to the natural toned linens). Plus the ladies upped the entire natural feel by going barefoot and letting their feet sink into the soft California sand!
But more importantly, check out the way these two looked at each other throughout the entire day! And don’t even get me started on their first kiss as husband and wife. It was the sweetest and most passionate first kiss I’ve ever seen!!!! Their love is pure magic.
After Dinner…
We played in the sand dunes of Montana de Oro until golden hour rolled into night. I could not recommend San Luis Obispo county enough for a wedding or elopement!! There is so much variety- and this wedding is proof! One minute we were on the beach and the next we were hiking through a forest to make our way to the top of these sand dunes! Seriously, check out SLO whenever you have a chance!!! It’s definitely one of my favorite places in the entire world!!
