It was so much fun capturing Ellie’s fun & playful grad photoshoot! This amazing session took place in the sunny city of Sacramento, CA, and it was nothing short of amazing. Ellie was full of smiles and excitement, radiating positivity and anticipation for the future. And the cherry on top? Her mom joined in for a few snaps too, making this a truly memorable photoshoot! Now, let’s chat about the importance of bringing your personality into your grad photos. I always encourage grads to bring along two outfits and their robes. But the real magic? It’s in the props that link back to their high school journey. For Ellie, it was a water polo ball, a symbol of her high school years spent in the pool, making friends, and building her character.

When her mom joined the shoot, the love and pride she had for her daughter were heartwarming. The mother-daughter photos are a testament to their strong bond and the loving support Ellie received throughout her high school journey. For her first outfit! She wore a casual yet chic outfit that perfectly reflected Ellie’s bubbly personality. Paired with the sunny backdrop of Sacramento, it turned out in some stunning photos!
Ellie’s second outfit was a stunning white dress that beautifully contrasted with her vibrant red robe. She looked every bit the accomplished graduate, ready to conquer the world! And the water polo ball? It added that extra touch of personal story, making the photos truly hers. The pictures of Ellie, with the water polo ball in her hand, are some of my favorites!
