This summer California elopement on Santa Cruz beach, more specifically, Davenport Beach was perfect! Hayley and Josh are such beautiful couple, and I loved how adventurous and minimalistic their elopement was! They even had one of their best friends Sara as their officiant, and you could tell just how special it was for them that she was present. We all loved the overcast skies and the crazy amount of summer wildflowers along the beautiful cliffs! It was literally the perfect day to celebrate Hayley and Josh!
Hayley & Josh’s Adventurous Santa Cruz Beach Elopement
Seeing Hayley and Josh interact with each other and their tender, sweet love was one of my favorite parts of the day. We got some great shots by the coast, and Hayley wore a minimalist Jenny Yoo dress, subtle makeup, with a vibrant summer bouquet by Mahina + Soul! She looked stunning! After their ceremony and portraits, the two of them went out to dinner together to celebrate and spent the weekend in the area! My favorite types of weddings are intimate elopements and weddings, and capturing Josh and Hayley’s day was an amazing experience. Each and every couple I serve has a unique love story, and so do their weddings. I always appreciate the opportunity to capture such a momentous and intimate moments behind the camera!
