Maddy and Brian had the most whimsical redwood wedding day at Nestldown wedding venue. This venue sits on 36 acres in the Santa Cruz mountains! It’s absolutely magical, and the story of how the owners made it into what it is today is a beautiful story, which you can check out here! I’ve actually known Maddy since highschool when we played soccer together! Capturing not only their “Casual Sunset Beach Engagement Photos At Natural Bridges State Beach” to their Nestldown wedding is super special to me. Surrounded by the redwoods and flourishing, lush gardens provide the most romantic and calming atmosphere for a wedding day.

Maddy & Brian’s Whimsical Redwood Wedding at Nestldown

Brian and Maddy love the Santa Cruz area, so a redwood wedding at Nestldown was the perfect venue choice for them. Maddy is absolutely gorgeous and gregarious, and Brian is super sweet and easy going! They compliment each other perfectly. Something that I loved was that Maddy and her bridesmaids wore cartoon bikini t-shirts instead of the the traditional robes or matching pajama sets. It was so fun!

Maddy and Brian had the sweetest first look followed by a beautiful ceremony at the redwood cathedral. For cocktail hour, they arrived by the green Nestldown train which was so fun! The dance floor was packed the entire night and everyone had such a great time! People were even putting on random adornments like caution tape while getting down and busting moves! Maddy couldn’t tear herself from the dance floor each and she partied all night with their friends and family! The perfect end to the night was their bubble exit and driving away in Nestldowns black vintage car.
