Holly and Miles brought so much fun and the best energy to their engagement session in Santa Cruz! I love when couples decide to add a mixture of locations into their sessions because it adds so much variety! For Miles and Holly, the perfect combination was exploring the Santa Cruz Redwoods and then heading over to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk for some skee ball and some chocolate dipped ice-cream. Can you say YUM? It was so fun! We then ended up on the beach during sunset during the end of their session for some sweet and playful photos!
Holly & Mile’s New York Phot Booth Proposal to a Playful Redwoods & Boardwalk Engagement Session!
Something that I always love about being a couples and wedding photographer is getting to learn more about the couple, what they love to do together, and how their proposal went! For Miles and Holly, it happened in New York. They always love getting photo booth photos wherever they go, so proposing in a photo booth just made all the sense! We also sneaked a few photo booth photos in for their engagement session too, because how could we not?! Holly and Miles told me they’ve never done a photoshoot like this before, but you wouldn’t be able to tell. They are so cute and compliment each other perfectly! I loved how the redwoods brought a whimsical vibe to their session, while the beach and boardwalk brought out the fun and playful side of their relationship!
